Reed diffusers: Gently scent your space for

Can I Return or Exchange a Perfume After Purchase?

At Namoly & Co, each product is crafted and packed with care. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product and video of un-packing. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
